As of May 21st, 2019, we're getting reports of issues with printing FedEx labels purchased through Amazon BuyShipping.

Reports of labels printing in the incorrect orientation (sideways) and issues with barcodes or overlapping text and indicators on the labels have been reported.

We've confirmed labels are generating in this manner internally on Amazon's end and we are patiently awaiting their resolution. Contact Amazon Support to encourage them to correct the issue with FedEx label generation.
