Update 8PM ET:
We've implemented temporary workarounds to better recover from inventory list issues as they arise. We're still working to identify the root cause of the intermittent issues with the inventory list.

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the inventory list. Your inventory list may not load, or may take much longer to load.


  1. Rather than attempting to reload repeatedly, give each attempt at least 20-30 seconds to come through to reduce the amount of load on your account's inventory data.
  2. If you need to access your inventory in an emergency please visit the Imports / Exports page to export your inventory.
  3. Alternatively, you can type or scan a barcode/SKU into the search field in the top right of the application to find individual products in your inventory and manage them from there.

Other concerns:
Your inventory updates, inventory sync, and other transactions are running well and are unaffected. We're experiencing an internal issue with rendering large lists of products with complex analytics.
