Sales Insights

The Sales tab will outline some at-a-glance sales metrics for a given time range, such as the total revenue grossed and sales tax paid.

Quick Stats

The Sales tab features a few overall metrics that give you a birds-eye view of your sales performance within a selected date range. You can filter which sales channels are included by toggling them in the Filters menu. The quick stats available include:

  • Sales: The total sales revenue grossed within the selected date range.
  • Shipping: The total in shipping fees charged to customers within the selected date range.
  • Tax: The total sales tax charged within the selected date range.
  • Cost: The total cost of the items or kits sold within the selected date range.
  • Postage: The total amount paid in postage for shipments fulfilled within the selected date range.
  • P/L: The total profit or loss based on the sales revenue, shipping fees charged, cost of items or kits, and amount paid in postage for the orders sold within the selected date range.

Orders Table

Your sales channel orders are laid out in a table. This table can be sorted by any of its columns, which include:

  • Store: The name of the sales channel that the order was placed through.
  • Order #: The unique order number given to the order by its respective sales channel.
  • Date: The date and time that the order was placed by the customer.
  • Status: The current fulfillment status of the order.
  • Tags: The tags (if any) associated with this order. Tags can be modified in the Orders section under the Processing page.
  • Total: The total in sales revenue grossed by the order.
  • Tax: The sales tax charged, if any, to the customer when placing the order.
  • Shipping: The shipping fees charged, if any, to the customer when placing the order.
  • Postage: The amount paid in postage to fulfill the order.
  • Cost: The total cost of the items in the order.
  • P/L: The total profit or loss based on the sales revenue, shipping fees charged, cost of items or kits, and amount paid in postage for the order.
  • Origin: The warehouse(s) that the order was shipped from.
