BigCommerce can fail to receive stock updates for the following reasons:

1. A 3rd party app is overriding the stock quantity on BigCommerce's side, generating conflicting quantities in contradiction to what SKULabs is sending.
2. Sending negative stock counts. Currently, BigCommerce doesn't support the use of negative numbers in inventory counts. When you hit 0 it remains at 0.
