SKULabs has several integrations with QuickBooks Online (QBO):
Import QBO listings and link them to catalog items
Import invoices created on QBO in the last 180 days as processing orders within SKULabs. This allows you to process and fulfill QBO invoices in SKULabs.
Push stock quantity updates to QBO, which by default is not enabled.
Furthermore, you can optionally enable the following integrations from accounting settings page:
Push Purchase Orders "closed" within the last 60 days from SKULabs to QBO.
Backdated product creation for Purchase Order, Sales Receipt and Invoice sync.
QBO requires a product SKU to first exist on QBO before it can be included in Purchase Orders, Sales Receipts and Invoices. And, when a product SKU doesn't already exist on QBO, SKULabs will have to create the product in QBO and backdate it for QBO to allow pushing Purchase Order, Sales Receipt and Invoice to it.
Prior to December 2020, SKULabs created new product with the most recent on-hand value in SKULabs which was later discovered to create inventory transactions for the newly created backdated product. In December 2020, SKULabs will cease backfilling new products with quantity. If you wish to restore the old behavior, we recommend enabling stock sync so we can add inventory for these newly created 0 on hand products.
Note: SKULabs supports connecting multiple QBO accounts to sync orders and listings inbound (from QBO into SKULabs).
Outbound sync to multiple QBO accounts is not currently supported. If you have multiple QBO company accounts, each account should be treated separately and connected individually to SKULabs.
