Sometimes you may need to use your on-screen keyboard while using SKULabs to correct an address or search for a customer. On Android showing your keyboard is relatively consistent and easy but on iOS there can be some difficulty.

If you are using a paired Bluetooth device with an iOS device and the keyboard does not appear, you do not need to power off your scanner or turn off bluetooth to get your keyboard back.

Preferred method (if your scanner has an open keyboard command)

Try double clicking your scanner's power or scan button to make the on screen keyboard re-appear. Even non-socket-mobile scanners support this option, some scanners have a dedicated button for this, check your scanner's manual.

Alternative method (if your scanner does not have a pop-up option)

You can also press and hold the down arrow on the bottom right of the screen to pull it back up.
