SKULabs will never deactivate your account for exceeding plan limits. We understand the importance of being able to scale to meet your sales in a hurry.

Order limits on an account (typically 2500 and 5000 orders) are based on your average order volume. Having an amazing Black Friday? We're not going to come knocking on your door as long as your long-term average remains consistent.

Once we determine an account has or is expected to exceed average volume, we'll update your plan to the best fitting plan we have available and you'll have until your next billing date to address billing questions and discrepancy.
