Why does billing show proration for new users? Was I double billed?

SKULabs bills on a monthly basis and usage is paid in advance.

When you pre-pay for your next month, additional usage added in the prior month (such as users or stores) is reflected as proration.

The same applies if you removed usage in the prior month, you'll get a service credit for the unused portion of the month.
