In most cases, this issue occurs because the print server has been incorrectly installed as a service during the Print & Scale Client setup and additionally opened as a standalone tool.
We do not recommend installing the Print And Scale client as a service.
You can disable the background service by uninstalling then reinstalling and making sure to leave the "Install as background service" checkbox unchecked.
Double printing could also mean that two user profiles on your computer have both installed the Print & Scale client. Uninstall the Print & Scale client for one user to resolve this issue.
