We have no contracts or cancellation fees, so you are free to cancel your SKULabs plan at any time. Just send an email to [email protected] or give us a call at (800) 243-2986. If you're canceling within 30 days of signing up, let us know and we'll issue a refund for your invoiced charge.

Haven't used your SKULabs plan in a while? We're happy to help via the above steps, but do note that non-use does not constitute cancellation of service and refunds will not be issued for non-use.


What happens to my data in SKULabs after cancellation?

Account data is subject to deletion at our discretion after your cancellation but for your convenience we keep account data in place for 60 days after termination.

If you are just looking to pause your account or want to preserve data for historical purposes, we do offer a Paused Account Plan. It pauses the account and drops your billing down to only $20/month, but allows you to keep the account information intact as well as hold on to your pricing.
