How to open a manual order number created from the shipments page (legacy)
How to open a manual order number created from the shipments page (legacy)

Why won't my order number open to show any details?

Updated over 2 years ago

SKULabs supports a feature to create new shipments from the Shipments page. This is the legacy method of shipping orders and you can simply use the "Ship" button on an order's page instead for a more streamlined shipping process.

When using this legacy method to create shipments, if you enter an order number that does not match one that exists within SKULabs already, that order number will be strictly associated with the non-verified, ad-hoc shipment you are creating and can only be accessed from the shipments page.

To review the shipments/order numbers created using this method:

  1. Go to the shipments page.

  2. Set a date range to search within at the top right.

  3. Click the columns button and enable the "Expand" option at the bottom.

  4. If you created the shipment using a manual method, make sure you have enabled that carrier option in your filters button.

  5. Search the table for order number or tracking number.

  6. At the right of the order row, click the plus icon to expand the shipments:
    โ€‹

  7. Click on the magnifying glass icon to open the shipments details:
