WooCommerce returns a 401 and 403 errors when the store has an authorization issue for various reasons:

  • Invalid API access credentials (Consumer Key and Consumer Secret)

  • Insufficient permissions for the API access credentials

  • The user the access credentials are associated with has been deleted

  • Incorrect Permalink Settings
