How to reauthorize or reconnect your Amazon store

This article walks you through the steps to reauthorize Amazon store credentials

If you experience one of the following errors or other similar errors that mention "Access" being "Denied" or errors encountered related to tokens or things being revoked, it's likely you need to reconnect your Amazon store.

Access to Orders.ListOrders is denied AccessDenied

Error encountered when refreshing access token, the request has an invalid grant parameter: refresh_token. User may have revoked or didn't grant the permission.

1. Navigate to SKULabs Dashboard and open the Amazon store you would like to reauthorize.

2. Find the Access Credentials & Integration Settings section.

3. Click Authorize SKULabs and follow the prompts.

Note: you will know that you have completed the reauthorization process successfully when Amazon redirects you back to your SKULabs store.
