Updates from the Provider
โ€‹8:11pm ET: Issue resolved. The data centre has informed us that their maintenance work, which caused the outage, has been completed for the time being and that there should be no further disruptions. We will request a full explanation for this incident.

7:50pm ET: Update. At least partial connectivity has been restored; we are continuing to monitor and work with the data centre to understand the likelihood of further disruption.

7:04pm ET: Service interrupted. Network maintenance in our UK data centre is causing an interruption to PrintNode online services. We are working with the data centre to limit the impact and will post an update shortly.

Issue
Customers using the SKULabs Print and Scale client may temporarily be unable to print or printing may be significantly delayed.

What should I do?
1. One workaround is to go to your Settings, click into Printing, then disable the "Bypass printer selection" options on all of your users so they can choose alternative printers not hosted by PrintNode.

2. You can switch everyone to local printers temporarily if they are on mobile devices with wireless printing support or on desktops with connected or networked printers.
โ€‹
3. Google Cloud Print is another cloud print service which is much less reliable than PrintNode going down at least once a month. Google retires this service January 2021 but you can continue to integrate with it in SKULabs up until then.
