BigCommerce and the major browser developers like Google, Apple, and Microsoft have made changes that can make connecting to SKULabs from BigCommerce more difficult, but if you follow these instructions you will be able to reconnect just fine.
You must carefully follow these exact instructions and they have been re-validated as of November 2020 in the latest version of Google Chrome but it should work in other browsers. If you are experiencing issues, do try Google Chrome on this one-time basis since you should rarely need to reconnect BigCommerce to SKULabs.
Part A. Uninstall SKULabs from the BigCommerce App Store.
- Open Google Chrome
- Go to the BigCommerce app store
- Click Get App
- Click Log In
- Click Uninstall from within the BigCommerce App Store.
Part B. Re-install SKULabs from the BigCommerce app store
- Follow steps 1-4 above.
- Ensure the button says "Install" NOT "Launch"
Important: If it says launch, start the process over in a new window.
- Click the "Install" button from within the BigCommerce app store.
- Click Confirm
- Click Connect
- Your store should now be (re)connected and it's authentication credentials updated.
If you are still experiencing issues connecting, let our team know and we'll be happy to assist.
