What is USPS Ground Advantage?
On July 9th, 2023 the USPS launched their new Ground Advantage service as an affordable domestic ground shipping service that combines First-Class Package, Parcel Select Ground, and Retail Ground services into one.
What is happening with First Class Package Service, Retail Ground, and Parcel Select services?
USPS has retired the Retail Ground, Parcel Select Ground, and First-Class Package services. Additionally, USPS has retired the Ground Return and First-Class Package Return services.
How do I migrate to Ground Advantage?
Until July 2024, SKULabs will automatically map these retired services to USPS Ground Advantage to help ensure that your labels are valid and you encounter no issues with your carriers.
Once these legacy service methods stop automatically re-mapping to Ground Advantage, we plan on migrating any accounts with remaining first/retail ground/parcel select methods to Ground Advantage.
