Ideally, backorders would either be managed on your sales channels using custom statuses that don't sync into SKULabs, or are avoided completely using a lean inventory model and our real-time stock sync. If neither of those options are feasible for your business, there are ways that you can manage backorders directly in SKULabs:

The easiest way to filter orders that are backordered would be through their fulfillable status, as shown in the Fulfillable column on the SKULabs order table: 

To filter out unfulfillable and/or partially fulfillable orders, simply uncheck those options in the Filter menu: 

Another option is to tag orders that are backordered so you can filter by that tag. This is especially handy if you want to quickly show ONLY the orders waiting on backordered items:
