To enable syncing orders' shipping charge to QuickBooks, go to your QuickBooks Online account and navigate to Account & Setting > Sales page. Then, click on the edit button for the "Sales form content" section.

When the edit form shows, mark the checkbox next to "Shipping" to enable the shipping option.

Lastly, click on Save.
