You can set a requirement for each SKULabs user to only be able to verify an orders items by using scan verification.

This is done by editing a user's profile settings. Visit the User's page, select the user you wish to edit, click "Profile settings".

In the screen that appears, under Preferences make sure to uncheck "Allow manual verification", then click save at the bottom right.
