EasyPost has multiple restrictions on new accounts that you may have reached.

High Shipment Costs

If this shipment is expensive, you may have exceeded your account's maximum shipment amount threshold. To resolve this, email [email protected] and ask if you're experiencing this error due to limits and request the shipping amount threshold to be raised. Make sure to include the email address you use for EasyPost, not your SKULabs email.


Anti-Fraud Flag
If this is a regularly priced shipment, you may be subject to an anti-fraud hold on your account until you verify more details. Read our instructions to lift the fraud hold on your EasyPost account. The sooner you begin this process, the faster you start shipping again; do not delay!
