If your account has "advanced serial management" features beyond our standard serial number support, you have the ability to add fields and set default fields for your serials. If you do not have "advanced serial management" and would like to inquire about this enterprise feature, contact support.

Fields in the serial management system will automatically detect data types and field names. Any other field will be interpreted as a text input field.

Field with "date" in their name.

If a field is named location it will present as a SKULabs location field

Fields with values which are true or false boolean values.

Any field containing "_by", " by", or "user_id" will be a SKULabs user field.
