By default, SKULabs automatically submits mark as shipped requests to your sales channel when shipping labels are created or manual shipments are recorded.
Occasionally, you may need to manually resubmit mark as shipped requests for problem orders due to outages at your store or marketplace or other reasons.
Once you've identified the problem orders, follow the following steps to manually resubmit mark as shipped requests.

Open the order, then click on Menu and select Mark as shipped.
Warning: DO NOT "mark as shipped" orders which have only been partially shipped or we will communicate with your store that the order has been completely shipped and this may cause you to indirectly under ship when your sales channel tells us in return that the order is completely shipped.
