SKULabs will require password resets according to the password policy of your account as well as in certain circumstances relating to the security of your account.


For security purposes, this user's password must be reset or an account administrator must re-approve this user by using the "login as user" feature.

For security purposes, this user's password must be changed according to the policy of "every X days".

For security purposes, this user's password must be changed quarterly according to the January 2021 Amazon MWS Data Protection Policy.



The standard password change policy is once a year but if you have an Amazon store connected, you are subject to higher requirements which will require you change your password more frequently.

If your account has unusual activity we may also require a password reset in order to ensure you are who you say you are.

If you continue to experience password resets on a continual basis, you may want to reach out to the SKULabs team to take a closer look at your account.

Contact your SKULabs representative to enforce stronger password policies, rotation policies, hardware authentication, or strict IP enforcement on your account.
