When someone on your team first connected your store they chose to import inventory when new listings were connected.

If you'd instead like to receive or manually count your inventory, you can configure each store in SKULabs to resort to pushing a quantity of zero while you receive your inventory manually.

In each store's settings, click the Initial stock import settings panel then select the option "Manual (Do not automatically import)" and click the save button.

This option prevents importing SKULabs from importing channel stock levels all together when a listing is linked to an item.
