Your credit card was declined by your issuing bank
This error occurs when your bank has declined a payment because they require additional authentication to process the payment. Additional authentication is required to reduce fraud and make online payments more secure per Strong Customer Authentication regulatory requirements.
To resolve
Your bank provides the option to place businesses you trust on a “trusted beneficiaries” list maintained by the bank to avoid having to authenticate future purchases. Contact your bank and ask them to add SKULabs as one of the "trusted beneficiaries."
This may take a number of days to resolve, so SKULabs will ensure your account will remain active and service will not be interrupted while getting this in place.
