Print & scale client sign in errors

When signing into the SKULabs Print & Scale client, you may encounter a message "Unauthorized" at login.

After around 2022, we stopped allowing you to sign directly into the app. You'll need to retrieve an automatically rotating credential from in-app when you want to connect the print client.

  1. Go to settings > Printing as a manager or admin.

  2. Look for the credentials in the top left of the page.

  3. Copy the username and paste into the client

  4. Click the Copy icon next the password and paste into the client

If you are still seeing "Unauthorized" after following these steps, reach out to support in chat or email [email protected] and ask us to "validate your printnode account configuration and email" along with your Username credentials.
