For SKULab's in-house FedEx integration you just need to go to your carrier account settings and change the "Signature option" to "Adult". There are similar settings for other carriers but in some cases we need to rely on shipping rules to activate adult signature required for certain carriers.

It's best to reach out to SKULabs to ask how to enable adult signature required for your labels. When you reach out to us be sure to have an order number, the name and type of your shipping carrier you need to use adult signature required with, and we'll enable adult signature required for you.
