When a shipment notification is sent from SKULabs to Shopify you may find in the Shopify order activity log a note indicating "SKULabs sent a shipping confirmation email".

This is an internal log within Shopify that essentially means "SKULabs triggered Shopify to send an email notification".

SKULabs does feature the ability to send shipment notification emails directly, however, this would not be logged in the order timeline on Shopify.
