When orders are synced with line-items that have not been linked to SKULabs inventory items, SKULabs provides two ways of linking these line items with the correct SKULabs inventory items that represent them.

The first method is using the Unconfigured Listings linking tool, which is found by expanding the warning section shown on the Orders page > Processing tab.

Click to expand the warning section and select the option that reads orders missing listing links.

All unlinked listings would be provided in the Unconfigured Listings table. Use the dropdown under the Configured column to link each unlinked listing.

The second method of linking listings is by opening the order details page. Unlinked listings would show a section as shown in the image below. To link a listing, simply click on Link listing button which will prompt you with actions to link the listing to the correct SKULabs item.

Note: If the listing cannot be linked and does NOT represent an inventory item, simply edit the order and remove that line-item from the order.
