Configuring your store to update the shipped order status in SKULabs

Order sync will automatically update order status in certain cases. Each store has it's own settings for what statuses of orders we will pull in and subsequently update under integration settings which vary by provider.

Walmart, BigCommerce, Shopify, and eBay all import shipped orders by default while others may require manual configuration.

Amazon

To enable importing shipped orders for Amazon store, enter the value "1" in the Shipped Order History Days field under your store's Access credentials & integration settings to import the last day of shipped order status updates.

This will import shipped orders from Amazon that are 1 day old and update the channel status of any Amazon orders in SKULabs.
โ€‹
In cases where it makes sense, SKULabs will also update the order status to shipped when the channel status is shipped. e.g. we won't convert a cancelled order into a shipped one.
