How to process externally shipped orders within SKULabs

SKULabs supports simple methods of processing and deducting orders, even if those orders are eventually shipped externally or via another platform such as Global-E.

How to process external orders

With Warehouse-Based Inventory & Auto-Deduction enabled:

  • Scan verify order items within SKULabs, then fulfill your international orders normally in Global-E.

  • Assign an auto-deduction warehouse location for Global-E orders within SKULabs, then fulfill your international orders normally in Global-E.

Using Per-Scan deduction:

  • Scan deduct the order's items within SKULabs, then fulfill your international orders normally in Global-E.

Global-E Returns

Global-E only permits returns to be processed on Shopify in full. If you use SKULabs for stock sync with Shopify we will undo these mistaken inventory changes on Shopify for you within 24-48 hours. Alternatively, you can re-push stock for any SKUs you know you did not return to inventory when you accepted a return in Global-E.

Use the SKULabs RMA process to manually return inventory based on what actually will go back on the shelf.
