You can customize each store's settings to how you want listings to import into SKULabs, link to inventory items, and import stock levels from your sales channel using the Initial stock import settings and Catalog setup settings panels.

Simply click on the panel's name to open and configure the settings as needed.

Initial stock import settings

Determine how SKULabs imports the last available stock levels from your sales channel during listing sync.

Manual (Do not automatically import) - Prevents SKULabs from importing channel inventory altogether when new listings are linked to items.

Import products into existing warehouse - The default behavior, automatically assigns stock levels to the existing warehouse you select.

Stock can only be imported when a listing is newly linked during sync. Existing stock levels within SKULabs will not be overwritten, so items in SKULabs:

  • Must not already be linked to the listing.

  • Must not have stock already assigned to the desired warehouse for import.

It is recommended to regularly monitor newly synced products to ensure correct inventory is recorded in SKULabs after a listings sync.

Import as new warehouse - Automatically creates a new warehouse and assigns imported stock to it during listing sync.

Multi-warehouse import (Shopify only) - Enables importing stock from each Shopify location into a separate SKULabs warehouse.

Catalog setup settings
